Creating a Culture of Peer Tutoring at Central Connecticut State University
Central Connecticut State University expanded its academic support services by partnering with Knack to launch a campus-wide peer tutoring program. In just one year, the initiative delivered a 530% increase in contact hours, engaged nearly 1,200 users, and supported 222 unique courses—helping CCSU build a vibrant culture of peer-led support. This transformation laid the groundwork for long-term student engagement, leadership development, and academic success.
