Rutgers Business School partnered with Knack in 2021 to build a help-seeking culture, transforming its tutoring program from 360 sessions to over 7,300 in just two years. During the program, tutoring usage within the Business School rose 537% - a noteworthy number considering that 53% of these students had never previously sought out tutoring services. By offering flexible, peer support across 41 business courses, the program boosted student engagement, confidence, and academic success.
