Enhancing Academic Support and Increasing Student Engagement at Pacific Lutheran University
In Spring 2024, Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) partnered with Knack to try and address their struggles with refining their supplemental instruction program. This collaboration aimed to scale support services, increase student engagement, and enhance access to academic assistance. With nearly 40% of students engaged and over 70% of sessions occurring outside traditional hours, PLU is now meeting the students who had never accessed tutoring before exactly where they are.
