Diverse Student Body
Augsburg University partnered with Knack to build a flexible, student-centered tutoring program that addressed critical retention challenges and gaps in academic support. In less than a year, the platform engaged over 800 users, 66% of whom had never used tutoring before, and delivered 58% of sessions outside traditional hours—making support more accessible to Augsburg’s diverse student body. By removing administrative barriers and embedding peer tutoring into daily student life, Augsburg is strengthening equity, engagement, and academic belonging.
