How Jacksonville University Scaled High-Impact Peer Tutoring to Support All Students
Jacksonville University partnered with Knack to strengthen its tutoring program by expanding access, improving training, and providing real-time data insights. In less than a year, the program delivered 745 sessions and nearly 1,000 contact hours, with 55% of participating students accessing tutoring for the first time. By making academic support more flexible and student-centered, JU built a scalable model that engages learners across disciplines while easing the burden on staff.
