University of Florida

Florida A&M University

One of Knack's longest-running partnerships, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University launched a Knack Peer Tutoring Program in August 2019. By the end of that semester, students booked more than 900 hours of Knack tutoring across 150+ courses.

Fordham University

As COVID-19 forced higher education online in 2020, Fordham University began offering virtual tutoring. Fordham then partnered with Knack to expand and equalize course-based tutoring access. The result? Thousands of hours of tutoring across several campuses, providing support for all courses and all students.

University of Oklahoma

In 2022, the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business launched a limited Knack program and quickly realized the need to expand to support all business school courses. The result? A 100% satisfaction rating from students and 700+ hours of tutoring delivered.

University of New Hampshire

In 2021, the University of New Hampshire launched two Knack programs to support high DFWI rate courses and TRIO students. The program soon expanded to support all students in all courses, nearly quadrupling the usage year over year with 7,000+ hours of tutoring delivered.

Rutgers University

Rutgers Business School partnered with Knack to build a help-seeking culture, transforming its tutoring program from 360 sessions to over 7,300 in two years. By offering flexible, peer support across 41 courses, the program boosted student engagement, confidence, and academic success.

Goldey-Beacom College & Moravian University

Knack’s peer tutoring strategy transformed academic support at Goldey-Beacom College and Moravian University. Both institutions, facing limited resources and retention challenges, leveraged Knack to provide scalable, flexible tutoring services. These partnerships demonstrate the power of peer tutoring to foster supportive, student-centered learning communities in small colleges.

Temple University

Temple University's Fox School of Business partnered with Knack to address fragmented tutoring efforts, inflexible support hours, and financial constraints. In its first year, the program facilitated 2,290 tutoring sessions, decreased DFW rates by 11%, and engaged 49% of students who had never used tutoring before. This scalable, data-driven solution improved academic outcomes and provided peer tutors with professional development opportunities.

The University of Maine

The University of Maine expanded its academic support services by partnering with Knack to offer peer tutoring across all disciplines. The program engaged over 900 peer tutors, delivering thousands of sessions to enhance student learning outcomes. This success led to the establishment of the Office of Student Academic Success, introducing initiatives like academic coaching, boosting student engagement and academic performance.
